Walgreens

this Walgreens is always very clean when i walk in. I'm always greeted at the door. Fantastic service a lady named Wahida took the time to help me find everything i needed. best Walgreens.

The pharmacy is terrible. I spent months working with them over the phone to try and get things lined out as the issues were them communicating and being able to keep the prescription in stock as the location is very convenient. I ended up changing to another pharmacy.

Walgreens in Des Peres has shown over and over again it does not care about its customers. It is always a long line in the drive-thru or in the store to get a prescription. I've had to leave three different times because nobody can serve us and they don't care about staffing it properly. I value my time but it's obvious Walgreens doesn't

This store has the worst layout of ever, super nice people but a disaster to navigate through.

6:05 pm on a Sunday night and the pharmacy is closed. Ok they can make what ever hours they want. Then I stand at the checkout counter for 10 min with no one around. Wait a minute 3 employees are busy stocking and not watching the counter. Not only did they loose my pharmacy business to CVS down the road from now on but they lost the sale of what I was going to buy also. The funny thing is I don't think they care at all.
