The Bike Center

The most knowledgeable and helpful shop in StL. The staff and owner went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I’m looking for. I’m not exactly well versed in the cycling industry but they made me feel at home. The shop is great as well. Small business at its best. Since the epidemic it’s been hard to find a shop with good inventory. Everyone seems low on bikes. The Bike Center seems to go the extra mile to get you what you want. 1 reviewer stated they didn’t want his business and left a bad review???? Come on....... it’s funny how that’s the only review that’s bad about this shop. Seems to be self explanatory about the reviewer. Shops are busy. Bikes are tough to get. No need to spread your negativity because you didn’t get your way. I highly recommend going here for all you cycling needs.

I went in with a large purchase in mind. I was waited on quickly and professionally. I tried what they had in the store but it wasn't what I was needing and asked if they could get what I was looking for. The salesman said the owner would call me after he did his research. After a week of not hearing back I called him but he was not available. I was again told he would call me which he never did so I made my purchase at a store that acted like they wanted my business.

When I couldn’t find the bike i wanted in Kansas City, the bike center had it in stock. The owner Scott worked with my schedule and opened up the shop for a bit for me on a day they’re closed. Great friendly service and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
