Kevin (the triathlete) helped me find my first bike today and it was all-around great experience. I came in with a lot of questions and he was patient and exceptionally helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. If you're in the market for a bike, definitely check this place out!

I just got a new bike there and the man who helped me was very nice. He helped me find a bike that fit me and my preference. He was kind and took his time with my me. I will return to Big Shark get my bike tuned up when needed. I am excited to get in shape with this bike.nnThere were two store dogs there which I was excited to see but when I went to crouch down and talk to the older dog under a rack, he started barking. This set the younger dog off who started barking and jumped up on me. It was a bit my fault for not asking the dogs' owner first but I guess one would assume that a dog in a store is friendly enough to not bark and jump on someone. I was taken back a bit and none of the workers seemed surprised by this action of the dogs.

The team here has been helping my family out for years. The kids exchange program is fantastic but the best part is the service department. These guys have helped me countless times. I have called when I was out of town in tricky situations. I have brought in old bikes they have brought back to life. These guys genuinely care and am always appreciative. Thanks guys.

A great bike store. This was the 15th bike I've purchased here for myself or a family member. The staff all know and love bicycles. Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure. Store is restricted to four customers at a time for virus safety, which means you are always at a distance except occasional with the sales staff. Staff all wear masks and wear them properly.

Less than a week ago I bought my third bike from Big Shark on Big Bend. The team there is spot on, I had a frame issue on my entry level bike I bought there, and the folks were so great about getting the Cannondale warranty handled with me. They helped me determine I needed a better rig to handle the style of riding I was doing and they replaced my entry level with a few bucks off a new Cannondale that is built to handle our trails around here. They also kitted out my new ride with some skin wall tires I provided and put my pedals, grips, and bottle cage from the old bike on when I came to pick it up and it looked epic and exactly as I wanted it. Great service, great great choices, amazing shop. Check em out!
