REI

Visited REI 3/13/2021 and had a lovely experience! We are just now starting to do in person shopping and we’re very observant of the measures taken at REI. The staff maintained appropriate social distance even in conversation and wore masks. They even sanitized each register after every guest checked out, which I have not seen done at other places yet! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were asked twice if we needed assistance! Will definitely return.

This store is organized during COVID. You can easily tell the employees love their jobs. Betsy, a gentleman at the checkout counter (sorry I don't remember the name), and Alberto are friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me buy and install a roof-top cargo box. Thank you.

REI is the only big box store that I ENJOY going to. They have the best return policy I've ever experienced and have always honored it. The prices aren't cheap, though it's quality stuff they sell and they back it.nnStaff are knowledgeable and seem to actually enjoy their jobs.
