It's all about the money with them to me, not building life relationships that will keep you coming back. The quality was not as good as I thought that it would be for the price and the hype around their reputation! The photos speak for themselves!

We had a very positive experience working with Dalco for several recent home projects: new roof, replaced a sliding door, and had siding installed in areas that were painted wood (the rest of the house is brick). Doug was our sales/project manager and he was great to work with. Our selection and installation process was long due the fact that we were also having a patio installed (different builder). It was important for the projects to go in a certain order and Doug/Dalco were accommodating to those needs without any issue. We had several bids for the projects and Dalco provided the best value.

We were very impressed with Dalco! We had been interested in getting a new front door for many years. Brian Dickerson from Dalco came to our home for a consultation. He was very professional and thorough and truly an expert. We were also very impressed with the rest of the staff. We could not be happier with the results! We get so many compliments on our beautiful front door. I would recommend Dalco for any home improvements! Their service and products are TOP TIER!

I obtained competitive bids from several roofing companies for a new roof and found that I got a lot more from Dalco for a very competitive price. The communication throughout the install process was very good. With some background in construction I observed the install. What I observed was a lot of little things being done to insure a weather tight roof that is prepared to last.The peace of mind dealing with a local reputable company was also important.
