This was my first time ever doing a major insurance claim on my home. I suspected my roof had damage due to a recent hail storm and Ryan Gray came highly recommended from several friends and neighbors. I reached out to him and he was able to get my claim approved for my roof by my insurance company in no time. He took the time to explain how the insurance claim worked and guided me through the entire process. He even put in time to help me best pick the roof to fit my home. Going forward I will recommend Ryan to any and everyone for any roofing needs. By far the easiest and smoothest process I have ever gone through on any home repair. Very professional, prompt, and responsive! Cardinal has been with us every step of the way in filing a claim for roof replacement. They have worked with our insurance company as well as the adjustors to make sure we're getting everything we need. We have run into some issues with my insurance company not wanting to cover the full claim, and Cardinal has gone out of their way to get the insurance company all of the documentation and information they need to be able to make a better decision.
