John was immediately available to review photos and contract to help me sort out the details of a terrible roofing experience, and made a call to put me in contact with a reputable roofer to inspect the roof installation personally. That inspection has yet to happen, but I will post a second review after this whole mess gets completely sorted out.

John returned the call from my inquiry almost immediately and gave us a same day estimate. He was helpful to collaborate about options to repair a complicated problem, and gave good explanations about the benefits of each. He scheduled the repair quickly and completed the initial work, keeping in touch to see if the initial work resolved all the issues. Most issues had been resolved with just one small issue left - he was quick to return to to fix that. Pricing was much more affordable and cost friendly than other estimates for effective work. Plus, he was very good to my dog. Thank you, John!
