Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City

My suite was obviously not prepared or maintained. Bathroom vent, sprinkler system, and door lock were all broken. Sofa mattress had what seemed to be ketchup on it, and needed to be vacuumed. (I have photos for all these). No toilet paper except less than half a roll in the bathroom. My family was very disappointed. They offered a different room, which also showed signs of suboptimal maintenance. No regular housekeeping. When requested, I received a message it was communicated with team, but never happened until we left (3 nights). Breakfast is prepackaged with few options. Coffee is not the best, and turns sour once left for sometime. Overall, it was not worth the money.

Mediocre Hotel.nCons: Limited breakfast options. Worn building. Inconvenient loading and unloading location. Overpriced for the quality of the facility.nPros: Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located by the freeway.

There are ants all over our room. The TV cuts off every 30 minutes on its on and when I turn it back on its in a different channel. The drain in the shower is stopped up. The hotel is a bit dated.....the windows still open up. Would not recommend to anyone until these issues have been fixed.

Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Like the kitchen and full size fridge. Please be aware that pets are allowed with a $75 fee which is pretty steep for 1 night.
