Holiday Inn St. Louis Arpt West-Earth City

The hotel was nice and clean. All staff were very courteous. The room was nice with comfy beds and pillows. Also had an area to sit outside with tables and chairs.. (this is also an area for those that smoke), but it was very peaceful and spread out. We didnt use the pool, but it looked nice as well. The best part was the shuttle to the airport.

We stayed here before flying out. The room and concierge were both very nice. We paid no additional fees after our upfront costs to leave our vehicles for two weeks. The hotel shuttled us to the airport in the morning and picked us up when we returned. This was a great deal.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Well maintained. Too bad Saint Louis county has all their covid restrictions in place keeping the restaurant and bar closed. The snacks are not in the lobby. Things that used to be normal are missing. Paper, pencil, Bible in the room. Etc.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The room we stayed in was not very clean. We set our dinner garbage by the can in the hall on Friday evening and no one EVER came by to pick it up. The ice machine and one elevator did not work all weekend. The website said the pool was open, when we got to the hotel the worker said it was closed. None of the workers were very polite or welcoming. Not a good experience and I would not recommend it at all.
