Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Louis St. Charles

Very friendly staff, clean, reasonably priced room, fairly close to the casino, we missed the morning breakfast, does have a pool. Only negative is they need to update the small TV in the room. We will definently stay here again.

There are so many other hotels in the area, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.nnThe staff were all extremely friendly however, the rooms were not worth the price paid.n-The elevator, hallways and rooms smelled musty.n-There was leftover pizza and milk left in the fridge from the people who stayed before us.n-There were crumbs on the counter.n-The bed sheet had a yellow ring in the middle of it.n-One of the pillows had black (makeup?) all over it.n-The AC didn't work - We had it on 58 degrees and it was so hot the entire weekend.n-The TV didn't work. It made a cracking-like noise every 1-2 minutes -and the picture would blacken.n-The bottom of the bathtub was black, and the bathtub itself was super slippery.n-They were doing bridge work so the exit ramp to hwy 70 was blocked off all day Saturday so we had to take 70W to First Capital and get back on 70E which was super inconvenient - but this really isn't the hotel's fault - just be mindful with this location.nnOn a positive note: This hotel is 5 minutes from the Streets of St. Charles and probably 8 minutes from Main Street St. Charles, so that was nice. And the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

customer service was really nice and communicated well. the room was clean, and had above standard appliances and bedding. very satisfied

Rooms were musty. Not at a reasonable level. Like a gym locker room that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Definitely not worth the money. Staff was friendly.
