Hampton Inn St. Louis/St. Charles

I would add a fifth star if you could go to the gym without a reservation and if they had miniature Keurig coffee cups instead of those odd little coffee pod things. But the customer service at the desk and accommodations are very good (Cathy;ud83dudc4d). I like to get the back room in the back parking lot because it's away from the interstate noises. The location bugs me a little bit but we are under a corporate agreement with certain hotels in the area and don't have a choice. My second Hilton choice would be the Hilton garden inn in O'Fallon which is even further from work but in a much more quiet part of town. My most recent experience here is excellent desk service and helpfulness.

I stopped here for the night but couldn't stay they don't take cash it's a whole new world ..called country inn suites they wanted $130 cash and $100 deposit ..I'm only given Hampton three stars because of this because I really did want to stay there.

Great front desk staff!!! This was refreshing!!! The rooms were a little small but clean and comfortable! Good for the business traveler.nnI was impressed that they made accommodations for the use of the pool and hot tub during COVID. I didn't use either, but the fact that they cared enough to develop a process for guests to use their facilities is an important indication of their dedication to service!!!

Hampton Inns are always great hotels. Stay here if a BW Plus or AmericInn isn't available. No breakfast, but still a good stay.

Apparently these days you have to request that your room gets cleaned, and that you get fresh towels. They don't bother to tell you this at check in, so be sure to read the fine print on the mirror sticker in your bathroom. Then let them know you'd like the service you paid for when you reserved your room without a discount.
