TownePlace Suites by Marriott St. Louis St. Charles

Pat was working at the front desk the night i was checking in. I couldn't stay because of issues with my credit card but Ms. Pat was EXTREMELY nice and sympathetic to my situation. The overnight desk person is amazing and I appreciate everything she did for me. I would recommend this property based solely on the front desk staff. Thanks Pat for all your help in trying to accommodate me.

No bed bugs which is always a plus. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Quiet and clean. Neighbors smoked enough Marijuana for the whole 3rd floor my kids say thanks for the contact high....

Wonderful property and the entire staff go above and beyond. Pat has provided exceptional customer service and is a very pleasant person to speak with. I wish every time I stayed somewhere the front desk staff were as nice as the people here. Cheers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is in need of maintenance and repair. There is a large area of what appears to be water damage in the ceiling above the window of the room we stayed in. The cabinet doors in the kitchen are missing hardware. The towel bar above the toilet is falling off of the wall. The shower head is not fastened to the enclosure. The room needs to be repainted. The air conditioner cover is falling off. Ice maker in hallway doesn't work. Overall, I cannot believe this is part of the Marriott chain.

We usually are happy to stay at a Marriott brand so had confidence to stay here as well for six night's. When we walked into the two bedroom suite room ### we were pleased with the look. Pros beds comfortable. Couch comfortable and firm seat. Basically clean place. Clean appliances except inside oven. Then when we actually started to unpack and use the room we discover that the room is not being maintained to keep in good working order. Kitchen: one burner out of four works and it is askew. Walls. Chunks of plaster missing. Otherwise walls are clean. One bedroom door frame looks to have been force in. Bathroom. Paint peeling. Only two sets of towels per room is the rule. WHAT! We have three adults in a two-bedroom suite. I found that maid had overlooked a used mask on a bedroom floor. Maid left a used towel on shower rod. Master bedroom. Telephone is broken. Secondary bedroom. The drawers and shelves in closet are broken and laying on the floor. We reported list to front desk, but didn't want to move because we had unpacked. Also this property does not offer high speed internet as advertised on web site
