Sunnydale Mobile Home Park

I am living in Sunnydale and have been for more than 5 years. I really like the park. I like the location and i enjoy the pool. I do not get notices about my home because I follow the rules and upkeep in the lease agreement. I appreciate the high standards and feel like this is what make Sunnydale clean, safe and affordable. Never had any run ins with management. If you are following the rules, which again - I APPRECIATE- they leave you alone. I lived in another park not too far and it was a bad experience.

Mary is hard to work with you. She nick picks at every little thing that she can find wrong with your home and gives you 5 days most times to get it fixed, she's unfair, she let's some people get by with their imperfection while others she sends letters out about anything she want you to do. Too many rules for petty stuff. The lease you sign is not in your favor, they can do whatever they want and you can't fight it. The water bills are so high. I live alone, my bill is over $200 +/per 3 mo. She says everyone in the park has to pay the same amount and that's without the pool running, I'm getting out asap!

Very clean have a friend who lives there. It can be alittle hard to get in and out of there with Lowe's. But it is nice.

Nice mobile homes that are next to some pretty beat up ones. Road is like a maze.

Good neighbors, great location. One star due to management.
