Bike Stop Outpost

it was in August 19 2019ni was Biking Across America starting from New Jersey and Finishing in Oregon, it was on my 21st days when i visited this shop,i bought tires and a bottle cage it was a very pleasant experience and i'm highly recommended this shop,the owner was very courteous and professional helpfull and very nice,they even taking picture of me with my fully loaded Surly KTM and they also gave me a stickers The Bike Stop decals i still have it on my bike Rack,ntotally great experience shopping here,great shop and great owner.

They have poor communication between whoever runs the social media and whoever works in the actual shop. Talked to someone on there about getting work done, then when I arrived to drop off, the guy behind the counter was rude, seemed disinterested, lazy, arrogant and unhelpful. Only interested in selling new equipment at inflated prices. Can't even manage a somewhat friendly demeanor while he does it. Will not be going back I had high hopes for this shop and was totally let down. I'll take my business all the way to Ferguson if I can't find a better shop.

We took our bike to get it repaired and we never heard back from them again. I called twice and they said they were looking for parts, and after a while, we just decided to let them keep it. It was not worth keep asking for an update on the repairs. But never again will we take a bike there for repairs.

If you are looking for fun jerseys or biking gear this is the place to go in St. Charles. The staff is always helpful and the gifts are always cute! They also have fun socks for any occasion. Check it out! Just a note though, they do not perform any bike service or rentals at this location. That is all done at the Bike Stop Café just around the corner.

Loved their staff and the knowledge the staff have. They go out of their way to help you. They will even look at other shops if they don’t carry the items in their inventory. Talk about professionalism and helpfulness.
