You won’t find a better group of people. Joey personally goes out of his way to ensure that all of his customers are truly taken care of. Excellent selection and if something is back ordered they will still get it fast in my experience! You won’t go wrong with Take A Hike Shop!

If you’re looking for a local shop that caters to those that love an adventure, these are your people! They don’t just sell stuff, but they actively participate in hiking, biking, climbing, camping, etc and can help you make a buying decision based on your needs and skill levels.nThey also take great care of their clients if you have any issues with or questions about your purchase.

Joey and Bobbi always go out of their way to assist me with my (usually last minute) orders.nThey've been especially helpful in a couple warranty claims of their products.nThe high end camping products I've purchased have been well worth the money, lasting season after season.nCouldn't recommend better people to do business with.

Take a Hike shop is next level.nThe owner, Joey, is an awesome guy that's eager to help his customers not only on the shop floor but also behind the scenes with their build as well as on the trails when it's time shred.nOn orders for wheels with cush core he'll even go the extra mile on the install there too!nnGreat shop and great ownership.nnI highly recommend.

Take a Hike is more than a shop, it's community. When you walk in you feel the good vibes, there are customers hanging out talking bikes or whatever. Sometimes when you roll up the grill is fired up, so you stay and grub on hot dogs & burgers. Oh and he wrenches on bikes too, mine is good as new! There's so much more that goes on with Take A Hike, so go on in, take a look, ask questions, you won't be disappointed.
