We as a company tried to work with Precision Builders of Moberly MO. We asked for an estimate, Precision Builders said would supply an estimate on Thursday, and again Friday, when we called again Monday asking about the status of the bid, the deep voived guy on the phone became rude and condensending because we were unaware of a storm that hit over the weekend, he then hung up on us. Aparently this company expects it's customers to know what they are doing and why requests haven't been fulfilled. In 8 years of working with countless building contractors this is the worst I have ever been treated. Our company is based out of ST Louis, and we cover 1/2 of Missouri, we have several other contractors that we have great working relationships with, but this company appears to not want to work with anyone.
