Nazi landlord runs this place! He will tell you who you can have as your guests and vandalizing occurs here. Ron only wants lawyers and doctors to live in his trailer park lol if you have a older car or truck he will ban you from there.

Neat and clean quiet and super well managed.

Awful landlord. Doesn't give you space. Acts like your parent and tells you who you can and can't have over. Glad my mother and her husband moved away from that asshat of a landlord
