Clean and office staff was very helpful in answering my questions about the mobile home park and lots and mobile homes they have available.

My mother lives here. It seems like a very nice place. Very quiet.

I have visited this place several times,it is a very quiet place.It is conveniently located off of 9 hwy, near Park University.Just down the street there is a convenient store for gas & what nots.Its just a hop & a skip to visit downtown parkville shops where they also have a really nice park, that has 2 separate dog parks along with great trails next to the Missouri river.A major inconvenience unfortunately is that there is never a place to park nor enough lightning.It is a small trailer community.Over all it seems to be a nice place live.
