Curbside Pickup has been very convenient! I enjoy looking at the deals on the Walgreens App! Super easy to save money using the App.

So I get an email early this morning to tell me that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. I go and wait in line. When it approaches to be my turn, the person told me they are going on lunch and I have to wait an hour. Once I tell her they have 10 minutes and that I received an email saying they were ready, she got angry and told me my prescriptions were not filled yet and they wouldn’t be for another hour/ hour and a half. Then walked away from the window and completely ignored me. I left this pharmacy once before years ago due to customer service, thought I would give them another try. Looks like nothing has changed.nnAlso, why does everyone go on lunch at the EXACT same time?

While I get being careful with people getting certain prescriptions that could be harmful or have interactions I am completely lost with how a pharmacist can ask a doctor if the treatment a doctor has chosen is okay. My mother has dealt with pain for many years after working standing for hours on end. Today a pharmacist decided that my mom should have physical therapy instead of medication. The fill-in pharmacist decided that a plan made out by her doctor for her pain is need to be explained to her so she decided if she should continue receive her medicine. The stores assistant manager STEVE who decided to not only hang up on me after asking how I should identify him in my complaint, told me that asking if my mother has tried physical or will do physical therapy is a perfectly reasonable question that nether him nor disha Patel fill in pharmacists who neither had a PhD should ask a PhD board certified medical professional.nnI will be making a formal complaint with Walgreens about both of their behavior and I’ll be reaching out to the Board of pharmacy about this situation.

I only posted one star because it's the only way to leave a review! Went to have a prescription filled a couple of nights ago and the pharmacist told me I needed my husband's id to pick up his medicine. I've never been asked this in the past. I said okay I'll pick the prescription up in the morning. Upon my return next day different pharmacist at counter, I asked for the prescription got it with no problem. Really!!!

I NEVER HAD ISSUES GETTING PRESCRIPTION. BUT TODAY.. BUT THE EMPLOYEE LOOK AT YOU THOUGH THE DRIVE THOUGH. REALLY YOU CAN WALK OVER SAY ILL BE WITH YOU IN JUST ONE MINUTE. REALLY
