Had a severe case of poison ivy. Real bad. Had a prescription called in. Normal day. As we waited for the system to process my prescription. I used the cream, clerk said, “sir, you cannot use that unless you pay for it”. I responded, “I will be paying for it, I’m not here to hangout”. Then their system went down due to their own doing. And I couldn’t pay for it. I said. Ok. I’ll just be on my way. This clearly was not my fault. Rather than be hospitable. They will not accept any of my other prescriptions in the future. Avoid this establishment. Rite Aid is now a Walgreens one mile a way on Mitchell Chance Road. Where they show decency and class.

I would give a zero to the pharmacist if I could. I went there Thursday afternoon, I am a veteran who had just been diagnosed with the flu. I had a fever, chills, I hurt all over and I needed to get some medicine. The VA gave me this place and said that they worked with the VA and if they had any issues there was a number that they could call. The pharmacist at first flat out said that they couldn't fill it, I said well I was told that you can and here is a number to call for assistance, he refused to call it. So I, sick and exposing everyone in there to my sickness, had to call, he being a pharmacist could have gotten through quicker, but I had to be on the phone for 35 minutes to get the pharmacist the information. While I was waiting that same pharmacist got into an argument with a man trying to get his heart medication, he was very rude to the man. I don't believe this man should be behind the counter, he was rude, and inconsiderate. I will not ever go there again and will pass the word around that if you need help do not go here...not ever

4 like coupons per day & you can only buy 4 of the same thing (product) per day... so your telling me I can't buy things- you are literally selling in the store? Good luck with your business because that was the first and last time I'll ever shop there!
