Giant Pharmacy

This is the only pharmacy I've ever had a negative experience in, and somehow each time they do something consistently wrong.nnI've gotten the wrong pills before. I've gotten less of my dosage than it states on my bottle before.nnToday's customer service is finally the straw that broke the camel's back. There was an issue with my insurance (despite having Caremark which is a widely used prescription coverage), which seems to happen every time I'm there. The cashier told me she just needed to speak to the Pharmacist and then my situation would be sorted. I sat there for 30 minutes while she helped everyone behind me in line before finally speaking to the pharmacist about my issue.nnNever going back when there's a CVS within 2 minutes of this Giant.

I just learned that there is no way to fax or e-mail prescriptions to this pharmacy. I thought he was kidding, but he told me it was true. Amazing in 2019 that they do not have have e-mail capabilities, or even allow 1980’s fax technology. And people will wonder why no one uses this pharmacy anymore...

Great Place, works to help better the community, I am so happy to see that they reach out to the local ARC. It is a joy to see how happy your employees are. I purposely shop here because of their good will.

This is the worst grocery store I've been to in my life. The customer service is sub par at best. I use the quick check out computer because I want to avoid talking to the clerks who are rude and abrasive. They don't say anything to you and avoid eye contact.one even scolded me for not putting the hand basket where he wanted me to while at check out. I go to whole foods more.

what has happened to Giant around here. I feel like I am going to get jumped in the parking lot....and that is by just the employees. This place is terrible in Bay Ridge. I got to Riva even though I have to past right by Bay Ridge. Too bad, I remember when Giant was a nice place to go to shop. Now its gangland
