Marry (Marie) was very helpful with my Covid test. I did the last minute appointment and I was running an hour late. She was able to accommodate me and was very friendly. Happy Holidays!!

Always crowded and long lines. The drive thru is rediculous you sit there half hour to find out the computers are down when you have to call the place because your stuck in the middle of 6 other cars waiting. Almost every time I get my RX they have messed it up somehow. Very bad customer service guess doesn't matter when you get government contracts.

This pharmacy is horrible. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they actually have what I need in stock. Outside of that, the last 5 times I go the prescriptions are not ready. Even though their automated system states something will be ready by a certain time it is still never ready. Then they always say they are working on it now when I show up. Sounds like nothing more than a convenient excuse. Yesterday I had a prescription sent at 10am. I went to pick up about 5:15 and it wasn’t even started. They stated it was on hold. When I asked why they didn’t know. I have made it known that this is a reoccurring issue and nothing seems to change. I’ll be looking for another pharmacy.

I visited the minute clinic at 3:20 on October 8 and the doctor was wonderful. She gave me a prescription and I said to just have it filled at this Edgewater CVS. Big mistake! I waited an hour in the parking lot for the script only to call and find out they had filled it in my twin sister’s name. They didn’t even call to say it was ready. But on top of that, they wouldn’t let me pick it up either since it wasn’t in my name. No idea how they got it mixed up since my sister hasn’t filled a prescription at this location in years.nnAnyway, they said they’d refill it in my name and it would be about 20 minutes. I confirmed they would call me and they said they would. So I wait... I call after about 45 minutes to check the status. No answer. 23 minutes on hold and the hold tone just hangs up. No one ever answered the phone. No one called to notify me if the prescription was ready.nnAt this point, I’m in tears and when it’s finally been 1.5 more hours waiting in the parking lot, I walk in because I’m afraid the pharmacy is going to close before I can get my prescription. I go to the desk and ask if the prescription is ready or if I have to get my sister to drive 20 minutes to pick it up and the guy goes “it’s ready!” And I’m standing there wondering why nobody called me.nnLong story short, my minute clinic visit was fine but I waited 2.5 hours for my prescription to be filled in the wrong name, then refilled without being notified. Who knows how long it was ready before I went in to check.nnI don’t like to complain but I have never suffered so painfully for that long. The people at this pharmacy will let you die in the parking lot before they bother filling your prescription. Just avoid this place at all costs.

This pharmacy is very poorly run and the worst one I have been to. My prescriptions are often not ready despite being notified they are. They often don't answer the phone, so you can't check and make sure its ready. It doesn't matter if there is one person or 10 people in front of you, you will wait no less than 40-45 minutes and sometimes more. At first, I thought maybe they are under staffed/super busy and kept giving them chances. However, after having to get a long term prescription, I realize that unfortunately this is the norm. I will be switching pharmacies asap. Save yourself the time and aggravation- Do NOT use this CVS.
