CVS

I had a good experience when I was feeling horrible. The pharmacy tech Maya helped me to get myself together. Even though she was busy she told me hold on she was going to help me. She Took time to go grab a few items from the shelf for me. I was so, weak and so, tired that if It was close it felt far. I applaud Her Customer service and Care. Good job CVS

Store was neat, clean and well stocked. Aisles were very tight. Only one person able to walk down the aisle at a time.☹

The prescription pick up system needs improvement. CVS should design a system whereby the patient has an option to get detailed email or text detailing when scripts will be available and what is ready for pickup much in the way that you can track packages through Amazon. CVS is a huge corporation and its core business is fulfilling prescriptions or is something else?nThey can do a much better job.nThey need to automate their med refill system with robots and bar code readers. The humans should be doing more complex things.nThey need to up their game big time.

Tyler at the pharmacy was exceptional at his job in the pharmacy. He was calm, polite, and explained everything well. He was the first person I encountered who helped me and he made me feel like a valued customer. :)

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. They are at least 3 days behind on prescription refills, so make sure you give yourself enough time before you run out. Other CVS pharmacies are wonderful - just not this one
