CVS

My doctor sent over a prescription so after an hour went by, I called to check on the status. Was on hold for 25 minutes waiting for someone to pickup. Decided to just go there and pulled up to the window, it took 15 minutes to be waited on or even acknowledged. After waiting, i provided my info to pickup my prescription only to be asked to come back tomorrow. Thinking that they didn't have it in stock, I asked if there was another CVS that had it in stock? After waiting another 5 minutes, she returns to the window with my prescription. Really? They had it and she asked me to come back tomorrow to pickup my prescription. Hmmmm...

Unprofessional management. What looked like to be the manager of the store was openly reprimanding a pharmacy technician for not having her name tag on loud enough and walking away at the same time for customers and patients to hear. Ellen, the staff pharmacist was extremely rude, unhelpful, and even rolled her eyes at me when there was a misunderstanding about my prescription. I feel extremely bad for the three black pharmacy technicians that were working there today that they have to work under such management and leadership.

I have been a CVS customer for decades. This is the second time very unprofessional staff did not have my prescription ready after getting a text saying script was ready. This place has gone down the gutter. CVS needs to get its act together. You are messing with people's health.

You cannot call to check your prescriptions because they just leave you on hold forever.nnI've come back three separate times for my medication and over the course of two days they have been unable to fill my prescriptions.nnAvoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Sent photos over to be made and when I arrived I was told the machine had been down for a few days. Trying to get a refund but am getting hung up on by the store and corporate.
