Popped in quickly this afternoon while walking downtown. Dealt with the rudest CVS employee back in the pharmacy. There was a long line in the front when I walked in so I grabbed the box of bandaids I needed and ran to the back to pay. She had 1 customer paying when I walked up so I stood in line to pay as I thought it would be helpful to the busy front.nnShe asked if I was getting medication and I said I just needed to pay. She said I needed to go up front and when I said there was a line she then stopped helping the customer to call up front and verify if there was a line.nnShe ended up waiting on me but told me over and over again that I should have gone to the front and even loudly complained to the next customer behind me as I was walking away how rude I was for coming to the back.

I wish I could give more direct recognition, but the staff was beyond cheerful and helpful. The staff noticed I could not find what I was looking for and immediately helped me. Upon checking out, the cashier noticed I was purchasing an anniversary card, asked if I needed a pen, and without pause proceeded to give me a pen complimentary. Not just a pen, a packaged pen.
