By far the worse pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’m new to the area and needed a new pharmacy and they are very close to my home, I thought for sure I’d have a great experience here, I’ve had a good experience in the past at other CVS pharmacy, but no such luck here. At first I dismissed my bad experience because everyone has a bad day, I thought perhaps I just caught them on a off day, nope not the case, I’m 4 out of 5 times, where 4 bad experiences. My experience has ranged from terribly slow, unfriendly, not helpful, down rude horrible interaction with the pharmacist directly. They need a complete overall with their staff and culture shift inside of this CVS pharmacy. They level of service delivered here should not be acceptable by management, what happened to the mindset of customer experience matters. That’s not the case at this pharmacy.

Exploding Pigs (12/15/2020)

Went for an eye exam because of scratched cornea. Arrived a few minutes late. The eye doctor refused to see me. I said that I was not there for glasses. I was there because of an eye injury and my vision was blurry. Asked the doctor to please take a look at it. See was very nasty and aggressive and told me to leave. Will never step foot into this location under any circumstances. Horrible customer relations.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manager has a major attitude problem and no customer service skills. I would recommend never using this cvs pharmacy if you need a shot/vaccine, especially from the Asian guy that claims to be the manager there. I’m not sure who left him in charge but it’s alarming that he’s the best they could find to run the pharmacy! He refused to give me a shot after I arrived for my appointment and told me I needed to come back another day. He told me his hands were shaking too much...definitely not something you should be telling customers! Steer clear!

I am very disappointed to what has become of the CVS in Bay Ridge. My entire family uses the pharmacy for all prescriptions, recently a large number of pharmacy staff quit. We now have to call and request prescriptions to be refilled and only to be told our prescription expired, not possible. We get promised pick up times and return to unfulfilled prescriptions. The wait is ridiculous.nThe rest of the store can use improvements especially with training staff. Customer service is lacking.

FOUR employees on the floor. Each one very busy...except the guy. Apparently he thought he was too good to answer the phone, bs and laugh while everyone was working. “3 pharmacy calls” was announced over the intercom. He paid no attention to it. I did find out he was from glen burnie...guess he thought that announcing that was more important than answering the phone too.nA small ding on the pharmacist too for poor leadership. Tell that fool to answer the damn phone!
