Bay Side Inn & Suites

The owners were not kind or accommodating. I found someones hairs in the shower and tub and asked for a change of room so my family could bathe in a clean bathroom. The owner came to the room saw the hairs and denied us because we didn't tell them as soon as we checked in. They didn't even offer to clean it. Very bad customer service and not a very clean place. It has potential to be better but the owners need to be nicer and more accommodating & they must clean and sanitize better. I'm very disappointed but forgiving however will not stay here again or recommend to other families.

Wi-Fi is horrible. It never stays connected and the oven did not even work and ciggerettes burn holes in all the blankets. And bad company. Drug hotel

Spoke with make owner to reserve room for daughter only to find out they rented to simeone someone else. Go to speak to wife and am told by her young daughter she is in shower! We left!

This place was disgusting, and our room was falling apart. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Don't recommend this place.
