Comfort Inn & Suites

This is a nice hotel. Its is clean and the staff is very nice. I would stay here again when I am in the area. They have a pool that look pretty nice. I didn't use it because we were only there for the night. Overall very nice.

Clean but old, the ladies working the desk were really nice. But i paid 90 bucks for a room that felt worth 60 and the hotel was basically empty with no residents so why would they charge me 90?. Curve your hotel price.

I rented this as just a mini vacation with my boyfriend. Within an our getting into our room we saw a cockroach. The front desk lady immediately offered to refund our money or switch rooms. Because of how late notice and how expensive it would be to get another room at another hotel we decided to stay. Unfortunately the room was a little bit of a downgrade. It had no tray for coffee and no clock. The night clerk was amazing! There was a guy creeping around and she immediately took action to make sure everyone would be okay and she was super friendly. Her name is Heaven and she would be the only reason to stay there. 1/10

The door key did not work, room moved then TV remote was not working. I was tired from a long drive and the customer service rep. Was very kind, happy and helpful. Very nice rooms, bed comfortable

Stayed here on choice privilege points the first time and the room was nice and clean. Came back about a week later and stayed the weekend with my family. The room wasn’t as nice but acceptable. I always wipe down all of the high touch surfaces anyway just to be safe. I just booked another weekend with my family since our a/c went up at home but this time I was absolutely disgusted. Hauled our bags up to the room and began to inspect the room. At first I noticed some stains on the floor by the entryway but it’s tile so no big deal. Than I noticed what appeared to be salt or sugar on the desk. It couldn’t have been cleaned thoroughly so I looked elsewhere. Crumbs on the carpet also led me to believe that it wasn’t vacuumed. Than came the beds. Peeling back the comforter revealed hair on the sheets on both beds. One bed had dirt, hair and stains on the decorative throw that lays across the bed. That’s when I said nope not doing this. But I still wanted to look further so peeked in the bathroom. Well looked like someone walked around in the tub with dirty boots on. Top it off with hair clippings in the sink and it was obvious that the room didn’t get cleaned but they did however make the beds with probably the same sheets from the last guest that stayed there. I went downstairs to request a new room although at this point I was reluctant. On the way to the front desk a couple of people were standing in the hallway with no masks on and stared at me and my 4yr old daughter with dirty looks until we rounded the corner to the lobby. At this point I just wanted my money back and was ready to leave before I lost my cool. Well the nice lady at the front desk was helpful and went to get the manager. That’s when I realized that the people in the hallway were the manager and his family. Wow. I told him I wanted a refund and went back to the room to get our belongings. When I came back to the lobby to make sure it was a done deal, the manager came back to authorize the refund again with no face mask. I asked him where his mask was to which he replied he was allergic. To masks? No, fabric he said. Well guess you can’t wear clothes than but hey maybe a surgical mask would help you stay within CDC guidelines at least. At this point the conversation became heated and he began to use profanity. I asked for a receipt with his name on it to which he refused to give me. (He wasn’t wearing a name badge or anything identifying him as an actual employee) and also refused to tell me his name. When I asked the nice helpful lady at the desk he said she’s not going to tell you. Bottom line STAY AWAY!!! The manager is not professional and told me that he’s going to bar me from his property and that I am not a guest of his hotel! I gladly agreed and would never step foot on this property again! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES. THE ROOM WAS FILTHY AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER IS A DISRESPECTFUL JOKE!!! Pictures don’t do it justice...
