The Blue Max Inn

Just stayed there for two nights and was 100% happy with the inn. The place is spotless clean and perfectly decorated. The breakfast was simple and delicious, better than what I get at home. Everything in town is within an easy walk and the inn is just far enough away to keep you out of any crowds. Great building, great owner, great location, was a very relaxing get away. Thank you innkeepers, you done good.

Absolutely perfect. Victorian style room with sunken tub, (Honeymoon suite) fireplace, spacious. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I booked a room at the Blue Max Inn as she had to be in town for a bridal shower. This was our first time in a bed and breakfast and to be honest I was skeptical as I'm usually a hotel person. On the day of check-in we were running late and called the office and Mike was very helpful in giving all the details on how to check ourselves in after 5PM. We stayed in the Lindsey room on the 1st floor and the room was perfect and had a large bathroom in the room (just like a hotel).nnAs for the breakfast we were able to select from a list of items and pick the time which was nice. The breakfast was delicious and was more than enough for one person. As for the town there are many things literally within 2 to 3 blocks away to visit, to eat, and to have drinks.nnAfter checking out on Sunday and unpacking on Monday I realized I left my iPad in the room and called Mike to see if he could locate it and send it back. Mike took extra care in double packing the iPad and I had it back via UPS by Wednesday afternoon. As for staying at a bed and breakfast we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Blue Max Inn to anyone traveling in the area.

This is our second yr in a row spending st patricks day in Chesapeake city MD and staying at the Blue Max Inn.... great hosts, great accommodations and great breakfast.... highly recommend staying at the Blue Max. I know we'll be back.

Very quiet, the decor is beautiful,, disappointed in the food , was looking forward to homemade food not store bought yogurt, muffins, jelly, and the times to eat between 8-9 am was horrible
