Holiday Inn Express & Suites North East

Extremely dissatisfied. This hotel does not care about keeping future business. I paid for a King executive suite, and they put me on the very end of the hotel next to the extremely loud highway. When I asked to be moved, they said no because it was the only one available, and because it was booked through third party. I offered to downgrade my room, and they still said no because it was booked through a third party.nnI am someone who would have more than likely stayed here for a month due to the fact that I travel for work.nnI am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience. I would not recommend staying here. Refusing to move someone who offered to still pay for the King rate, but was willing to downgrade seems to be more about politics than it is about caring about a customers experience.nnBefore putting someone in a room where they will be unable to actually sleep due to the fact there are two large windows by the highway, the front desk person should ask if that is okay for them, and or at least warn about the situation.nnUnacceptable and terrible customer service.

I had a wonderful stay. the staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment I checked in. Clean and spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. Also a really convenient location whether it be business or leisure. Travel is stressful at the moment with covid going on. They took all precautions and made this a relaxing comfortable experience. I will absolutely use this hotel again.

Excellent service I misplaced my AirPods and they found it for me. Staff is very friendly and sociable I would stay again.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. This hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was very polite. Enjoyed having a microwave, refrigerator and sofa. I like a comfortable place to sit and relax after a long day. This hotel was in a very convenient location and I would highly recommend it!

We checked in Friday night late and got up early the next morning to make coffee. Upon opening the Keurig, we noticed a roach in the coffee maker. We immediately checked out and informed the front desk. Because we made our reservation thought reservations.com, we were unable to receive a refund for the unused second night. The front desk assistant told us to call reservations.com so they could contact them for a refund, which we understood. However, she didn’t look the least bit surprised when we told her there was a roach in our room. After three attempts for reservations.com to reach the manager at Holiday Inn North East on two different days, we were told a manager was finally reached and they refused to issue a refund and refused a reason. I cannot believe there was such horrible customer service and how dirty the hotel was. Would give a zero if I could!!
