Best Western Chesapeake Bay North Inn

If I could give 0 stars I would. Housekeepers blast music in the rooms and hallways at various hours of the day. They have loud conversations right outside of your door. Dogs all over the place, but that wouldn’t be much of a problem if there wasn’t dog poop all over the place. Coffee and food spilled all in the hallways and stairs wells. Key cards don’t work. Laundry room is a joke (only washer worked. I had to go to a laundromat to dry my clothes). I would steer clear away. I’ve stayed at a different Best Western south of Maryland and it was not this bad at all.

Was in town last week for business. Staff was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of during my stay. I gave it 4 stars because of the TV. Fairly small for the size of the rooms. Other than that, everything else was great. Room was very quiet. If you're in the area and need a good night sleep, stop by. You'll be glad you did.

The front desk staff were so great to us and very professional and kind. However, most of the Housekeeping staff were unpleasant, very standoffish, judgmental, rude, had nasty attitudes torwards the guests and they were loud and had loud conversations in the halls. They made us feel extremely unwelcome and made us feel like a nuisance to them somehow. The breakfast was not very good at all either. Aside from that we were happy with our stay. I would NOT say it is worth the amount we paid every night. Not by a long shot! There was a drug raid two doors down from us which is not fun to witness and there were also dogs barking at all hours of the night.

GREAT people evening and morning. Breakfast sandwiches and other foods available. Comfortable clean rooms. I slept straight through which is unusual for me. I told the front desk clerk in the morning about one little issue about where guests allow their pets to go. Not the staff's fault. I'd stay there again many times. Reasonable rates.
