Used up my lunch break last 2 days to simply check on my medication. Been with this Rite Aid for decades. They just are not staffed to help with demand. I will be changing to Walgreens.nPlease don't reply with some corporate detail. I'm not doing your job, tell them yourself you have dissatisfied clients...dont require us to tell corp

I am very grateful to have the most caring,amazing friends at this store.I am always greeted with Hi Lauri how are you today.I can't express how I appreciate everyone.From the pharmacy to store employee's.nThey express concern while talking to me, to calm my anxiety and fears.Especially at this time.They have helped me tremendously.nExcellent customer service as well as knowledeable.,caring,and courteous.I would be lost without them.It shows they take great pride in what they do.Always cheerful and ready to help.nLove and Thank you all.

Scheduled a Covid-19 test for this site and arrived to a sign in the window stating “Drive thru broken-covid tests please reschedule, no ETA” with no email to let those appointments know to reschedule. I drove an hour to this location to be seen today and now am frantic trying to find another location to get into so I may return to work. Extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate
