Would give the hotel 5 stars if not for the room. Not only was the room small, but you can literally hear everything going on out in the hallway. There also seems to be no in between the roof of the first floor and second floor. I was woken up everyday by people upstairs walking around between 3am-6am. I had never been to a hotel where you can hear everything that goes on upstairs and just outside the door. The staff was friendly but the overall sleep I got was not worth it.
Didn't have much of a problem with this hotel other than my company reserves the room and they charged my incidental credit card for the room and I had to fight with them to get a refund never did successfully get a refund from them so I contacted my bank and had them stop payment
The people working the front desk were friendly. The room was very clean. Very quiet. Overall I had a great experience.
This hotel does not treat it customers far at all. The staff is rude and unprofessional. And they need to hire.some better house keepers.
This was a nice place to stay for a week. It's very similar to a nice barracks setup. No carpet so it's hard to keep the floor clean if you walk around with shoes on. Then barefoot. Box spring is a spring and metal channel so there is minimal chance of bugs and hidden dirt. The paint in the bathroom was peeling and exposing the drywall. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Next to a dirty on the wall. The shower drain was backing up and after a 10 minute shower you were standing in a few inches on water. So with soap coupled with that areas already soft water it made it a little dangerous. We called the front desk on a Tuesday after it was getting worse. They said they were gonna call maintenance. That's the last were heard of it. After we called again 2 days before we left they said they would send someone out tomorrow. The day we left it was still not fixed. Location was great price was decent for not having alot of the frills the others in the area have.
