Location is good for travelers — easy on easy off — the location has been updated and now feels more upscale and comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast is currently modified but still a robust selection for made to order grab and go bags. Beds were comfortable. Overall a very relaxing evening — we’d consider staying here again.
Came in town for a quick stay and this hotel literally had the best score in the city at a 2.5. Overall it's not the worst or close to best. The only thing saving this place is Denise who I had the pleasure of meeting. Her customer service skills are beyond excellent. Her team at this hotel is amazing. The problem it self is the hotel. It needs a face-lift. The pool has a huge crater in it. Very nice gym. Hampton Inn you have to give Denise something to work with she is literally the only reason I gave you any stars. I ran into that huge roach in the hallway upstairs.
They are price gouging during this major winter storm. Room is really nice, but no water and the parking lot and sidewalk is covered in ice. No one even attempted to clear the sidewalk, I slipped and fell down. They should be ashamed of their selves for jacking the rate up and the fact that no one even attempted to clear the sidewalk. I will never stay there again due to the price gouging, never. I bet the media would love to hear about this.
After recent rare Ice/snow storms here I almost fell leaving my car and upon leaving I asked a male employee (Thomas) if he would help me to my car. Without hesitation he responded yes ma'am and allowed me to brace myself by holding his hand to safely get to my car without incident. He was so kind and patient and for that I will be forever greatful that you have this type of employee to go above and beyond in my time of need.nMildred Hennings
Great Hotel and the nice lady at the front desk (Tyler) was wonderful! Helpful and kind. Everything was very clean, felt very safe. Indoor pool is awesome! Even the grab and go breakfast was done well under these covid circumstances. Thank you very much for an excellent stay.
