It was quiet even though it's next to the interstate and several restaurants. I did not have the opportunity to fully explore the amenities. I really enjoyed the location though. It is walking distance to several restaurants that stay open past 8pm. Everything in the hotel was clean and inviting
We arrived after a long drive in pouring rain. Temperatures dropping into the 30's. First room had no heat, the front desk person, Shauna? Was not helpful at all. She said she knew it did not have heat, so if we wanted, we could change rooms. Yes, we did to find it was not heated as well. Third room had heat, and this employee was mad at us for complaining. However, the 3rd room had no shower. Running water, but no shower. . My review of this facility is a zero and the customer service was non existant. Management needs to get busy and improve both the facility and employees.
Check-in was fine. Couldn't really tell who worked there and who didn't. Employees walking around in tights and football jerseys. Not professional at all. Rooms are small. Bathroom is so small, you barely got enough room to stand. Carpet burns from cigarettes. Bed shakes when i get in or out of it. Television is very small. Not enough lights in the parking lot. Upon check-out, the employee got upset about me wanting a receipt. The only good thing about this location, is that it's close to a few restaurants. I stay at choice hotels very often, but i will not be visiting this location again.
Prior to the coming virus we traveled alot. So I thought with a three and a half ro4 dear rating it would be
Dirty room.. someone else's hair all over the toilet, side table and in the bed. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Simply horrible ud83dude1e
