I stayed here for 8 nights while my truck was being worked on and the people are very sweet and friendly. The area is quiet plenty of places to eat in the area. It’s $75 a night after taxes and the room was very clean and free of bugs . I really enjoyed my stay here!
This is the ONLY safe place to stay at in or near Bastrop. So they get the most business. They do not offer any form of breakfast/snack. Most even 1 star hotels offer that still. And they do not even offer hot coffee.nI was given an attitude when asking for an extra blanket so that my daughter and son didn't have to share a blanket, and was informed there are 2 beds and he didn't see the need.the lady working that night was nice and accommodated with the extra blanket.nThey have no extra toiletries no toothbrushes, toothpaste..etc... This used to be an OK hotel... Will make the inconvenient drive from Monroe next time.
If you see this before you stay. Just take my advice and don't stay here. You're setting yourself up for an unpleasant experience. The whole place is dirty and the i found hair all over the place. I don't know if they actually wiped everything down as finger prints were common on lost tables and on the bathroom sink faucet and toilet handle. On top of that the staff I encountered weren't even the bare minimum of pleasant. I don't need over the top customer service or the staff to cater to me in anyway. Just don't make me feel like a burden anytime you interact with me. I don't know if I've ever stayed at an America's best value inn & suites but I 2on't be moving forward. It feels like I wasted my money.
Extremely excellent service. Very affordable and convenient. I have stayed at this hotel many times and love it! Highly recommend.
Awful. Spare yourself and drive to Monroe. This place was surely a crime scene more than once. Blood on our phone and much worse. Better off sleeping in your car! (Forced to give a star to submit review.)
