Fantastic! They accommodated our last minute booking and we're amazing! Carol checked us in late in the evening and was so gracious and welcoming. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the rooms were cleaned very well. Doris served us breakfast and she started our morning off bright, shiny, and caffienated. While our stay was a quick one, it was better and more comfortable than many hotels I've booked. Under different circumstances, I'd be pleased to stay here again.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great place to stay just outside of New Orleans if you want to save a few bucks and still be close to the top tourist destinations. The only minor issue with our room is the tempering valve in the shower was difficult to adjust. The entrance to the property might be easy to miss.
As always our stay was everything we desired. Quite and clean and comfortable. Each time we consulted the staff about something we.were provided with clear and precise answers.
I've stayed at this property 5 times in the past month. I have to say that I'll definitely be coming back there and certainly recommend to others. I can't say enough great things about Brittney the front desk check in lady soon to be GM LOL . Very attentive so much so you will probably want to buy her dinner lol GREAT STAY AND WILL BACK !!!BACK
Clean rooms. Friendly staff that are willing above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. Great breakfast. Great location. Also I did make it back to Florida safely & I thank you Hamton Inn for the personalized comment wishing me a safe trip and thanking me for my business....No other place of business is taking the time to go the extra mile and to thank their clients with personalized messages on social media. My daughter's 4th birthday was on Easter day & we both had an excellent Easter & 4th birthday thanks to the hotel and it's staff. My little girl lives real close to Hamtpton Inn and I visit her often. I will be back & there is no other place I would rather stay so see you all again soon! Thanks a bunch!
