Stayed here with my family (Wife, a 5 yr old, a 4 yr old and an infant) for 1 night on our way back home. The front desk service, specifically the receptionist named Crystal was more than amazing. My wife and I have no words to describe it. God bless her and thanks to her for doing what she did for my wife and my kids.nWe stayed in room 210, clean, fresh beds, very spacious.
Crystal was amazing! Nearly brought me to tears with her hospitality. Room was clean and spacious. I recommend staying at the Hampton Inn Covington, LA.

The staff was so nice and extremely helpful!! They went above and beyond to help me find an item I had left behind in the room. Definitely recommend staying here.
Pool area needed attention...dirty. Looked like a hurricane hit it! Beds were good. Hips didn’t hurt. Housekeeping knocked on door even though we had late checkout. Soundproofing was very good considering there is a lot of traffic outside. Can hear through door though which is unusual for a Hampton Inn. Clean and modern decor... kudos!
