My stay was excellent because, from the time I came in I met the most wonderful, courteous, problem solving front desk lady named, Jamie H. From the time I walked in she offered everything thing I needed. I looked at her and said is this woman reading my mind. I came in the door needy and stressed . She made sure I was alright and checked on me. I will always stay here when I’m in town. That’s how I like to spend my money. Jamie- Awesome Hospitality. Keep up the great work. The hotel is not only outdated but also not well kept up. While the room was acceptable, the hallways and common areas felt dirty. The pool area has paint chips all over the floor, furniture past it’s usefulness, and a weird smell; and the fitness center is the size of a closet. I am usually very happy with IHG properties but this one did not meet my expectations. This is also one of the only Holiday Inns that I have stayed at without free breakfast. The price was moderate, but the facilities were budget.
Great hotel in Slidell, LA. My wife and I were on business in Louisiana and booked an overnight stay there. Our room was well furnished, decorative, clean and neat. The desk clerk Nikki was very professional and courteous. The manager Carla is a gem, consumate professional!nnPleasant place to stay, there is also a very good restaurant just off the lobby.
Ebony was a very friendly, courteous,and efficient host. Ricky made two of the best sandwiches that could only be classified as a feast! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
Room smelled like musty cigar. Mini-fridge and TV had competing cords for a dual outlet and someone before me had decided the TV was more important, so I had a warm fridge for the first day (simple solution...power strip). Shower was luke-warm at best. Go stay elsewhere.
