Stayed overnight due to bad weather conditions. The room was nice. Rather roomy. Loved the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything was quiet. Fresh coffee round the clock. Overall great experience.
Everything was great except the cleanliness of the rooms. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the sheet. The furniture and bedding was stained. There were banana pieces under the dresser that I swept up myself. They were out of some clean linen and the housekeeper had a slight attitude when you asked for something. It was explained that they were booked up the day before and that housekeeping was behind. That is understandable but if guests are paying that much money to stay there than the room should be clean and guests should not have to feel like they are a bother for asking for that. That will be my last time staying there
Nice room. Not 100% clean. As a former housekeeper I know what is expected. Surprised the mirror is dirty and the floor mat had a stain. But other than that, nice place.
Great hotel. Little pricey. Could have been ALOT cleaner for the price that you pay. Manager was nice and accommodating.
Room was adequate, with the exceptions made below.nDisliked · Not getting the Handicap King size Suite with fold out sofa, that we booked with Booking dot com.nAlmost being injured because of a defective shower chair.nThe meager breakfast that was offered. A child size fruit cup, a child size apple juice, such as is served in an elementary school for first graders, and a miniature granola bar. Admittedly we were offered seconds to take with us.
