I normally don’t give 5-star reviews but this place was really good! We asked to check in early and they (for $20) let us check in early and get cleaned up for where we had to go. They also were nice enough to let us check out a little later since we had so much to pack.nnThe staff here were very courteous and knew the area well. We spent a lot of time in the room and had no issues. I do wish the pool had been open but maybe next time!

The room was clean, smelled fresh. The check in process was smooth & quick. The front desk attendant acted as if the entire hotel was his personal responsibility, which I greatly appreciated. I will stay again on my next trip through town.

I've had to make the Best Western hotel a temporary home LOL. The entire staff from the #1 gentleman in charge to each and every other employee has gone out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Highly recommend the Best Western as a place to stay. If I'm ever in need of a local weekend getaway or find I need something more I can tell you this I will be sure to come back to the Best Western

Stayed the weekend for a horse show, and definitely do not recommend staying here at all!! We were refused clean towels and fresh linens. They had mold growing on and in the shower as well as along the door frame. There was holes in the door, and the room was just disgusting! Service and room was horrible! Service personnel was rude when we asked for fresh linens. At first they had some, then when I asked for some to be brought up, they changed it to that they didn’t have any! So I went down there to pick some up, and he put up a fight and tried to argue, so I left all my dirty sheets and towels with him. This is absolutely absurd to be treated this way and have rooms in these conditions while charging a $100 per night after fees and taxes. If I could give this hotel a negative star review I would. I don’t recommend coming here, and we will definitely never be back!

Was able to get a last minute reservation for a 5 day stay without difficulty. They accept pets which was very appreciated as it's not always easy to find hotels that will. There is an extra charge for pets to stay though, so be prepared to add 20.00 to each night's stay. They also have large rooms with fridge and microwave. Helpful staff also, though with Covid there was no room cleaning or bed making during the stay, and you have to have towels, etc. placed outside your room by 10AM, which we weren't made aware of at check-in.
