We dealt with Joe Koch who was very informative and helpful. He was honest and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He responded to emails and phone calls promptly. We are nearing completion, but are very happy with the work and feel like it’s a new home. We would recommend Joe and 123 Exteriors for your outdoor renovation projects.
A great experience from start to finish. We had hail damage to our roof and gutters. Roof was torn off down to the sheathing and replaced. Gutters and downspouts were also replaced. Joe Koch, our rep, is extremely knowledgeable and professional on both products and claim process. Work was done exactly as promised and our properly was left neat and clean. When it comes to a construction project, you can't ask for more. They have done a number of homes in the neighborhood and everyone I asked had the same, great experience with 1-2-3 Exteriors.
I would highly recommend 123 Exteriors. Joe managed our project and did an outstanding job working with our insurance company and making sure the work was completed in a timely manner. The quality of the work was excellent. Attention was also given to protecting our landscaping during the project and a very thorough cleanup at the completion of the project. I would not hesitate to use 123 Exteriors in the future.
123 Exteriors did a good job repairing my roof after being damaged by a hail storm. They did the assessment of damage, reported the claim to my insurance company and handled most of the paperwork for the claim. As I had added roofing over the original roof, they had two remove two layers of shingles before putting on the new roofing. The work was completed in two days.
Professional, responsive, dilligent, and good value! Joe and Jake always provide exceptional service. I can only imagine how busy they are with phone calls and projects all day but yet they are always there for us! If you’re looking for 5 stars 123 exteriors is one call away.
