Best Western Plus Regency Park Hotel

My daughter was a single traveler that was welcomed with open arms and kindness. The rooms were clean. Easy on and off the freeway.

Arrived at this location to check in at 7:45. Room was disgusting, hair in the beds and in the tub. There was junk on tables that had not been wiped down. Went back to the front desk and spoke with the worker. She mentioned finding us a new room. We sat in the lobby for 3 HOURS waiting for another room with 4 children. We couldn’t leave because they had double charged us for our room and we’re holding $600. The next room they offered still had sheets on the pull out bed and there was a cookie underneath the couch as well. There were roaches crawling in the lobby as well. They REFUSE to make this right by even considering to refund one night of our stay because of pride and greed. They said I could have gone anywhere else, they black balled me from being able to do this by putting pending charges on my account. We will not be staying here again and I suggest you find somewhere with better customer service.

I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times in the past few years. We have always enjoyed our stay and never have had any problems except for this past weekend. A newly hired female whom remembered me and my last review at her previously employment at a different hotel. She made sure to frown as she told me this. Also, at our visit this weekend, she was caught sleeping and slurred at she spoke. She did not look or act well. I am concerned at my future visits if she will still be employed. I will probably be confronted over this review as well, but I received this email for my review. I also want to advise others of information prior to their visits. Thank you!

My stay here was great!nFrom the moment we arrived we received excellent customer service from Avea at the desk. Great personality, people skills were on point. Rooms and grounds of the hotel were even great. If in the area, YOU MUST STAY!n.
