Americas Best Value Inn Denham Springs Baton Rouge

Check in process was quick & easy. We had our dog with us and there was a $35 pet fee. Staff was friendly. Located in a central location near a lot of different things.nnRoom was clean. Our TV did not work however. No one ever came to fix it.nnThe only issue was I found a pocket knife tucked away under one of the pillows in one of the queen sized beds. This leads me to believe they did not change the sheets after the last guest checked out.

Terrible traffic jams to get to this small town. The rooms in this hotel were very dirty during my stay. The sheets visibly unwashed with stains and sigarette holes and the bathroom door had poop smeared all over . Disgusting. I requested a different room and it wasn't any cleaner. TV didn't work. I used towels I had in my car to sleep on the bed after checking for bed bugs. Don't go here! They need to do better.

Stayed here for 3 nights, in two different rooms. There was no deposit at this hotel and it is already cheap. Its clean / spacious and The staff was really nice. Had good size beds, refrigerator, microwave, Tv, iron and iron board ( as well as a spot to hang up clothes which was nice). Tubs drain, unlike the past two hotels I've stayed at. The rooms had phones but the only down fall is they didn't work at the time I was there. I would defiantly recommend this hotel !!!!!

Rooms are so so. Cleanliness of same are average. Property in a high traveled area. Price was acceptable except no refund policy. Spread on bed should have been retired since a soiled and unpleasant stain showed. I decided not to stay the night.

Room stunk, towels were dirty, tv didn’t work, tried to call front desk many times no one would answer, toilet shower room was disgusting, very noisy, cigarette burns in the bedding, stained bedding. Obviously, despite all the bad reviews and apologies from management, NOTHING is ever addressed. And I suspect the good reviews are friends or relatives. We got our money back and left.
