Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alexandria

I love these rooms. They are immaculate, quiet, comfortable beds, and soft feather pillows. The service is fantastic. I always feel like I am royalty. It gets 10 stars not 5. ud83eudd29ud83dude0d

Very friendly staff at check-in. Answered questions about the area with no hesitation.nnThe room was well maintained and clean. Had to go to the front desk to get bedding for the pull out, which I believe should have been delivered.nnFront desk staff fixed us up with a bunch of fixings for coffee in our room. It was nice to see they did not count how many packs of sugar or creamers they gave usnnWe got a good night's sleep, hot showers and a nice bagged breakfast as we left.

We were stranded our truck broke down , 1000 miles from home.nIt was 100 degrees, all the hotels were booked. The manager went above and beyond yo help us. Please use this hotel to give these good people a great place to work

Friendly and helpful manager, but short handed on staff and bathroom was not clean and A/C was filthy. Turned wash cloth black wiping off the front of the unit. Rooms were in much better shape before covid and hope things return to normal soon.

Staff was awesome! Forgot my wallet and they found it for me. They need a raise. Great team!
