Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pineville, LA

I enjoyed my experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. I feel the price was fair. I would recommend better, lighted signage at night.

I was staying here as an extended stay for work. This hotel was the cleanest, most well maintained and friendly hotel I have ever been in. The staff, Billy, Barbie, Kay Debbie and John have been very helpful and courteous. Even during the pandemic they have been able to provide anything you may need at any time. I hope that other hotels chains can come stay here for an evening and learn a thing or two about real customer service. This place is outstanding!!!!!

Was a pretty clean place and the room where nice but i drive a semi and there was 2 guys trying to break into my truck I was there for maybe 2hrs before I went somewhere else they need more security

This used to be a decent hotel before covid. It’s gone downhill badly.nn1. I show up at about 8:00pm for checkin (I had a reservation). Had to wait 20 minutes for a hotel employee to actually show up at the front desk. When she finally shows up she looks like she just got back from her second job at an adult theater.nn2. Room was marginally clean at best. Weird crusty pink residue in the carpet in front of the TV, and when I’m getting ready for bed I step -crunch- look under the bed skirt and there’s a shrimp tail hanging out under there. Charming.nn3. I asked (in a friendly way) if there was coffee. Sanctimonious manager told me pompously that they just can’t do coffee anymore because of covid. Meanwhile he’s standing there not wearing a mask.nnDon’t give these folks your business. Go elsewhere, where they care about professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service at least a little bit.

Billy, the manager, was awesome. If he is still there next time, I would consider staying again.
