Comfort Suites

Arrived for check-in around 7pm. Check-in was great! ud83dudc4c Went up to our room...GREAT! ud83dudc4c Room and restroom looked clean and there was no smell. ud83dudc4c Room had 2 queen beds (that SEEM more like full-size beds), a sofa, safe, microwave, and mini-fridge.nnI enjoyed the stay, but it lost 2 stars:(1) The beds do not sleep comfortably. I'm not exactly sure why...it could have been the pillows or the type of mattress, but all 3 of my family members talked about how we tossed and turned all night and couldn't get comfortable. (2) We stayed there from Friday until Monday, but housekeeping NEVER came...not even once. The hotel posted that they would change the trash and replace towels DAILY, but they did not.nnWould I stay there again? Yes...but it would not be my 1st choice.nn(Please LIKE if you found my review helpful &/or if you agree.)

Comforts of home for me. Quiet & clean with plenty of linens at hand. I will be returning here soon. Recommend!

We arrived pretty late on 2/12/21. The closet door was broken and would not close. It appeared that someone must’ve stayed there before we arrived, because the toilet looked liked someone had leaked blood on it. The shower walls had strands of hair stuck to it, and the tub was dirty and had chips of hair in it. It only looked like either housekeeping was using the room for themselves, or they only changed the bed sheets and swapped out towels. The night front desk clerk was extremely kind, but we weren’t at all pleased. I hardly slept on this night. We did notify the desk clerk about the closet door. Later on during the night, when I went to take a bath, I saw the tub and toilet. It was not pleasing to the eye. I then noticed the coffee pot still had coffee in it. No one even bothered to empty the pot. That’s when I came to realize that, there’s no way housekeeping thoroughly cleaned this room. Whomever was in charge of cleaning that particular room, did indeed cut corners. That person did not clean thoroughly. From the closet door, to the tub/shower, to the toilet, and then the coffee pot; no way, house keeping have to have only remade the bed, and swapped out towels. I do not want to come back to this place.

Comfy bed, very nice room, clean and comfortable huge walk in shower. I slept so good.

Thank you so much for accommodating my family and I. The manager Chris assisted me withnmodifying my reservations dates. When I arrived I was very pleased. The hotel was spotless and up to date. Von on the evening shift was very helpful and knowledgeable about Alexandria. Towana over night was very polite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff greeted me with a smile and Good Morning literally every day. Much needed kindness. They also followed proper guidelines for Covid, in regards to room cleanliness and social distancing. This is now my GO-TO hotel each time I visit Louisiana. Keep up the good work!
