This hotel is rough to put it lightly, the online representation is to put it bluntly, false.nnAfter noticing the hotel, and the fact that it appeared nice in the pictures on hotels.com, I attempted to contact the front desk but after 10 phone calls I never reached them to inquire about a breakfast, which they do not have due to the Rona.nnThe parking lot was still like a party atmosphere after 11 p.m. when I showed up to the hotel. There were many people outside drinking, playing loud music and getting high.nnCheck in was quick, the room is not much to write home about but I do not get a sense of safety andnnI would NOT bring my family to this hotel.nnThe Gap around the door was so big that someone could peer into it from the outside hallway, see the pictures.nnI have stayed in some rough places during my travels but this one is high up there, not necessarily dirty or unkempt but the clientele and inside the room does not give you a warm fuzzy.

Just like any hotel there are Pros and Cons but to me, the Cons outweighed the Pros and made me change hotels the next day...nnPros - brand new carpeting, newer and comfortable bedding and sheets, newer towels, newer furnishingsnnCons - same as other reviews... housekeeping not doing a good job, dirty, toilet bowl not clean and can tell they don't scrub it and felt very disgusting to use - similar to a gas station toilet, shower has stains and not clean, bathroom floor dirty, tub has rust and corrosion on bottom, and room has an overall old cheap motel smell similar to like an old Motel 6 or something, shower water pressure is so low it took me twice as long to rinse off.nnSome Comfort Inns are nicer than others and this one is definitely lesser in quality than most I've been to.

Amazing room, best I've seen in a long time! Amazing service, everyone was so friendly and we had no problems. Amazing savings! I love great quality for a great price! Thank you all so much!

This place looked nice, staff was friendly. Then we slept there...nnThere was mold in the windows, our sheets smelled mildewy, and our kids woke up with a cough and runny nose. Then later in the day I noticed red dots all over my kids back, they have bed bug bites.nnWe are definitely not stay there again.nnThe neighborhood doesn't feel safe.

Was staying in the area and stopped at the Comfort Inn at 2001 N. Bolton Ave in Alexandria. No problems checking in, had a nice friendly clerk. Next morning, getting loaded to leave and I stopped at the front desk to ask for another packet of coffee to take with me. That's where the excellent customer started. Michelle smiled and got a basket of the coffee packets and gave me one with a big smile. I left for the morning and a couple of hours later, Michelle called and told me I had left some items in my room. I went back and Michelle with her smile got my items. I am very impressed with your employees. I will be staying with you when I am in the area.
