Best Western Bayou Inn & Suites

I had booked a stay at this location for today 8/9. When I arrived from out of state I was informed that their system was down and could not be checked in. When I asked how long it had been and was going to take, I was told it had been down since 8/8 and that they should have called to tell me. I did not receive any calls informing me. So now I was stranded without a place to stay for the night. I had to call customer service to find out that the Manager was at Best Buy getting a new laptop but was unsure how long it would take for her to return. The woman running the lobby told me none of this, nor her name. She just said it was down, there was nothing she could do, and let me walk out the door without helping. Worst customer service ever at this location!!! Will not stay here!!

We got 2 rooms for 3 days and both rooms, had a old musty smell. Toilet seats were broken, could barely watch tv as it was messed up. Their were stains on furniture and shower curtains. This was the only hotel that had availability so unfortunately this is where we had to stay. I feel we got the shirt end of the stick on this stay. Very upset overall

Nice room, spacious for a short stay; very economical and offered military discounts. The continental breakfast was on the line of a full meal; scrambled eggs, waffle making machine, yogurt, individual packs of oatmeal, grits, fresh fruits, and a host of juices, coffee and teas. The staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. Would recommend this location.

Clean rooms. Great front desk lady.

Customer service is trash! No one is friendly there.nThe rooms have a smoking stinch.nThe iron basically burned and stained my dress I was going to wear for a wedding.nGlad I brought extra ones.nnMy m.i.l. in her room the tv didn't even turn on.nnWill not be going back .
