New ownership. Hotel in process of upgrading so everything is not perfect. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Bath area updated. What makes this rating a 5 is the staff. Their actions reflected their care and pride in this hotel. Even through various shift changes, the level of professionalism stayed the same. Ultimately their goal was customer satisfaction and comfort. Location is quick on and off the interstate.
